Virtual therapy (telehealth) allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Sessions are conducted securely online and offer the same depth, connection, and intention as in-person work.
This option is ideal for those with busy schedules, limited access to local services, or who feel more at ease meeting from home.
All virtual sessions are provided to clients located in California and follow the same trauma-informed, relational approach offered in person.
